Tonkatsu Den Toyosu

Today I am visiting Toyosu with my wife.

I visited for lunch before.Tonkatsu Den Toyosu” was good, so I came here at dinner time this time.

[Tokyo, Toyosu] Tonkatsu Den Toyosu — Hirekatsu Teishoku (Pork Tenderloin Cutlet Set Meal), ¥1,280 [Visited July 2024]
Tonkatsu Den Toyosu Today, I visited Toyosu with my wife during weekday lunchtime. When it comes to eating in Toyosu, the main places to eat are LaLaport and Toyosu Market, but Toyosu is home to many large companies, so during lunchtime on weekdays, there are many restaurants open on the 1st floor of buildings that house large companies.

At lunch time, this restaurant only serves lunch menus such as tonkatsu set meals, but at dinner time, it serves not only the tonkatsu set meals offered at lunch, but also alcoholic beverages and a la carte dishes, so it can also be used as an izakaya.

I entered the store around 17:30 and was able to enter without waiting.

Although the place wasn't full, there were a few customers drinking here and there.

My wife wants to eat, and I have a restaurant I want to go to after this, so we decided to attack with alcohol and snacks.

Now let's order.

Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)

First of all,Bottled beer (750 yen)” I ordered.

Almost room temperature? It was so lukewarm that I expected it to be.

It's lukewarm, like what you get when you order beer overseas. .

Since it is provided after being opened, it cannot be returned. .

At this temperature, before servingIt's lukewarm, but is that okay?”I wanted something like that. .

fried octopus

As a snack,Tako no Karaage (Fried Octopus) (630 yen)” I ordered.

The flavor of the octopus is rich and the taste is delicious.

However, the lack of oil was a bit slow, and the batter had a sticky texture.

Kawaebi no Karaage (Fried River Shrimp)

Another item ``Kawaebi no Karaage (Fried River Shrimp) (630 yen)” I ordered.

It's crispy fried and delicious.

It was a great snack when the beer was cold. .

Impressions

The bill for Bin Biru (Bottled Beer) and two snacks was 2,010 yen.

I didn't take a photo, but my wife ordered the loin cutlet set meal (1,469 yen) and fresh lemon sour (700 yen).

The amount listed above is only for the amount I ordered, and if you add the amount my wife ordered, the total amount was 4,206 yen.

First of all, the fact that the beer is lukewarm is out of the question.

With Nama Biru (Draft Beer), the temperature problem may be okay. .

Nama Biru (Draft Beer) has to clean the server, so if you can't even manage the temperature of Bin Biru (Bottled Beer), you can't expect much. .

Highballs and sours have ice in them, so I don't think they will be lukewarm, so ordering these might have been the right thing to do. .

Another thing that bothers me is that the food service speed is slow.

When I visited during lunch time, I thought the food service speed was slow, but since it's fried food, it can't be helped, but the food service speed is also slow during dinner time.

At lunch time, the menu is limited to a certain extent, but at dinner time, the menu increases, so I get the impression that the menu is even slower.

I think the taste of the food itself is delicious, but since fried food is served after the first drink is finished, I think it would be difficult to enjoy it with alcohol, even though it would be fine if it was just a meal.

There are some menu items that are not fried, such as salads and pickles, that are likely to be served quickly, so it might be a good idea to order those first and snack while you wait for the fried food.

Personally, I think the correct answer is to avoid using it for dinner, and instead use it for lunch and enjoy the tonkatsu set meal.
