Gyoza no Fukuho Toyosu

Today I was visiting Toyosu on business.

After completing my errands, I felt like going for a quick bite to eat some gyoza and beer, so I decided to go to this restaurant on the 3rd floor of LaLaport.Gyoza no Fukuho Toyosu”.

Gyoza no Fukuho Toyosu (Toyosu/Gyoza)
★★★☆☆3.43 ■Budget (night): ¥1,000 - ¥1,999

I visited around 20:30 on Saturday, and it seemed like the seats were being cleared, so I had to wait a little while to enter.

Nama Beeru (Draft Beer)

First of all,Nama Biru (Draft Beer) (540 yen + tax)” I ordered.

The brand was Premium Malts.

By the way, Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) was not available.

Since it was a Saturday, there were many people visiting, including families, and no one was drinking alone. .

I felt a little stiff, but let's forget about that with the alcohol.

I had the impression that Premol was fruity and didn't go well with meals, but I didn't feel bad eating it with gyoza, so maybe I was just biased.

Torikawa Nikomi (Stewed Chicken Skin)

It's like a speed menu.Torikawa Nikomi (Stewed Chicken Skin) (320 yen + tax)” I ordered.

I think stews are usually made with offal or beef tendon, so I think stewed chicken skin is unusual.

The seasoning is miso, and the crispy texture of the chicken skin remains, giving the impression of miso-flavored chicken skin rather than stewed meat.

I personally think that Torikawa Nikomi (Stewed Chicken Skin) is essential.

However, the snack menu is a little weak, with cabbage, cucumber, carrot, zha cai, and namul.

It takes a while for the gyoza to arrive, so if you want a filler menu, Torikawa Nikomi (Stewed Chicken Skin) is the only option.

Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings)

Next is “Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings) (320 yen + tax)' has arrived.

The skin felt a little raw, probably because it was too sweet after being boiled.

The skin is thin and torn.

The meat juices escaped from there and the filling was dry.

Perhaps because the meat juices were escaping, I felt a strong meaty texture.

Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)

The long-awaited ``Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) (320 yen + tax)' has arrived.

Nama Biru (Draft Beer)It was served about 10 minutes after I arrived.

The ones with grilled edges are crispy, and the ones with wrapped edges are chewy.

The skin is thin, but it's not torn and retains its juiciness.

Comparing Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings) and Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings), I overwhelmingly preferred Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings), although it may be due to the manufacturer.

In terms of appearance and size, it seems that Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings) and Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) are the same gyoza, only the cooking method is different.

There were other fried dumplings, but I'm not that interested in fried dumplings and I didn't have enough space to eat them, so I skipped them.

Impressions

I was able to satisfy my cravings by eating beer and Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings) and Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings), so this is the end.

The bill was Nama Biru (Draft Beer), Torikawa Nikomi (Stewed Chicken Skin), Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings), Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings), totaling 1,650 yen (tax included).

Overall, the taste is mediocre, so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here and try it.

However, all of the food menus are reasonably priced at around 300 yen, which I think is quite cheap compared to the LaLaport food court stores.

You can drink alcohol, and of course there is rice, so you can eat it as a meal, so I think it's convenient within LaLaport.

Please remember this when you visit LaLaport in Toyosu.
