Visit and Queue Information
Date of visit: February 2026 Weekdays
Visiting time: Around 14:00
Line: 3 minutes waiting to buy food ticket
Crowd status: The store is almost full
Seat: counter seat
This is a relatively new store that opened in June 2025.
I get the impression that there are relatively many people from overseas, and it always seems crowded when I look in there.
This time, the lunch time had been moved a bit, so we only had to wait to buy food tickets, but it would be best to expect a wait of about 10 to 15 minutes.
The queue was short, so I waited in line.
There were people from overseas who were just buying food tickets, and they were a little confused about the purchase, so there was a line of people waiting for their food tickets.
After purchasing the ticket, we were immediately shown to our seats.
Ordering and Payment
Payment methods: Cash, credit card, various electronic money, QR code
Menu
The menu is available in other languages.
In addition to salt and soy sauce, they also have tsukemen and vegan options.
Yuzu salt ramen
This time, ``Yuzu salt ramen (1,490 yen)” was selected.
You can choose the amount of chicken oil, noodles, and char siu.
The amount of chicken oil is relatively light.Light and elegant”, noodles as is ``Extra-fine noodles with whole wheat flour', Char Siu is 'pig” was selected.
You can change the noodles to hand-kneaded noodles or konjac noodles (for a fee), and change the chashu to chicken chashu (free of charge), so you can control calories, which is a great feature.
After purchasing the ticket, we were shown to our seats, and it took about 7 minutes for the bowl to arrive.
Let's get it then.
Soup
To put it bluntly, it tastes like chicken and kelp.
To put it in a bad way, it has a taste similar to old-fashioned Chinese noodles made from bag noodles.
It's definitely more delicious than the bag noodles, but it's a bit more elegant and has the addition of yuzu.
Noodles
The noodles are super thin and contain whole wheat flour, so you can really taste the flavor of wheat.
I was able to enjoy the crunchy texture for the first or two bites, but from the third bite onwards, the crunchy texture disappeared, giving me the impression that it spread easily.
I think I would like it if it was boiled a little harder.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
It may look ferocious, but when you eat it, you can feel the gentle flavor of pork.
The soup and noodles were a perfect match.
Flavored egg
I got the impression that the yolk was sweet.
Menma
The menma is thinly sliced, giving it a crunchy texture.
I get the impression that it doesn't have that much of an accent in terms of taste or texture.
Impressions and Rating
『AFURI”, overall it was normal.
The soup, noodles, and chashu were all unique and didn't leave an impression on me.
The overall taste is gentle and simple, and the interior is clean, so in that sense I think it's a taste that appeals to women, but I don't think it's worth lining up to eat.
If you want to line up, there is also ``Noodle shop Hyottoko” is recommended.
For 1,490 yen plus a little extra, you can have two cups.
