Naka rabbit
The three major gyudon chains are Yoshinoya, Matsuya, and Sukiya, but if you expand the chain to four, I think NakaU will come in.
Naka-U used to have a menu called Japanese-style beef bowl, but now they only offer beef suki-don, not gyu-don.
Speaking of Nakau, they are famous for their oyakodon (oyakodon), so I personally have doubts about whether they should be included in the gyudon chain.
Personally, my favorite menu item at Nakau is the Fried Egg Breakfast (290 yen).
I remember when I was a university student, after enjoying bowling or karaoke with oars, I would eat this before going to bed.
I don't have the stamina to go all the way anymore. .
Let's put aside that tedious and boring introduction and get to the main topic.
Horochiki parent and child weight
From Wednesday, October 23, 2024, “Horochiki parent and child weight (690 yen)' was released for a limited time.
I bought it for takeout, so let's eat it right away.
The ingredients are simple, horochiki, eggs, and onions, but they are enough for an oyakodon.
Perhaps because it looks great on social media, katsudon with a thick cutlet that is not sealed with egg has become popular recently, and horochiki has a similar impact.
I didn't use it this time, but it comes with yuzu pepper, so feel free to use whatever you like.
Horochiki
As the name suggests, horo-chiki is crumbly and can be easily broken down with chopsticks.
Although it comes with bones, it is not difficult to eat with chopsticks, and the meat part is quite soft and easy to eat.
When eating around the bone, the dog inevitably makes a sucking motion, so it may be difficult to eat outside as it can be distracting to other people's eyes. .
The horochiki itself is from Sukiya's ``tandoori chicken curryIt is the same as tandoori chicken from ``, only the seasoning is different.

When I ate Sukiya's tandoori chicken, I had a strong smell of chicken blood and didn't like it, but this time there was no smell at all, just the flavor of the chicken, and it was delicious.
The product description said it was charcoal-grilled, but although I could tell from the charring that it was grilled, I couldn't tell that it was charcoal-like or grilled.
eggs
The eggs are still half-cooked even when taken out, and I thought the rich, sweet flavor went well with the rice.
As expected, Nakau.
It has a strong flavor, so you might want to have it with a large bowl of rice (+70 yen).
Impressions
Everything about the horochiki, the half-boiled eggs, and the seasoning was delicious.
However, when I looked at the whole parent and child weight, I got the impression that horochiki and egg were separated, and I got the impression that it was a bad oyakodon.
You might be able to prevent the impression of separation by breaking up the horochiki and eating it with the egg, but I had no choice but to put this big piece of meat in front of me and bite into it first. .
I tasted the chicken first and then ate the second half as an egg bowl. .
This was delicious on its own, so that's okay. .
For people like me, I thought it would be nice to be able to add horochiki topping to regular oyakodon.
It's a limited time menu, so if you're interested, please order as soon as possible.
