Sobaya Hanaichi
『Sushi Uogashi Nihon-Ichi Yurakucho』、『Hote-chan Yurakucho store” After barhopping, we head to the finale.

Yurakucho is a business district, so there are plenty of options for finishing your meal on weekdays, but many places are closed on weekends and holidays. .
Unfortunately, it's Sunday, so my options are limited.
Thank goodness this shop is open even on Sundays, ``Sobaya Hanaichi” I decided to visit.

As the name suggests, this restaurant focuses on soba, udon, and rice bowl dishes.
It's directly connected to JR Yurakucho Station, or rather, right after exiting from the Ginza side, so many people may have seen it before.
I visited around 18:30 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Kakiage Soba
There is a ticket vending machine in front of the door, and you purchase a meal ticket before entering the store.
A nice point is that you can also use transportation IC cards at the ticket machines.
In advance,Shungiku Tempura Soba (Soba with Chrysanthemum Greens Tempura)” However, due to the intense heat, there was a shortage of garland chrysanthemums, so when I visited, they had stopped selling them. .
I regained my composure and this time,Kakiage Soba (Mixed Tempura Soba) (480 yen)” was selected.
There are an increasing number of restaurants that charge more than 500 yen for soba + kakiage, but I'm thankful that I can eat it for less than 500 yen near the station in Yurakucho, Tokyo.
As soon as you enter, there is a water dispenser, and you fill a glass with water, then hand your meal ticket to the staff and take a seat of your choice.
There are only chair seats inside the store.
It's nice to eat while standing, but it's also nice to be able to sit down.
The rice bowl is served in about 1 to 2 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Wooden astragalus like the ones you get at miso ramen restaurants? Ladle? It is characteristic that it also comes with it.
Let's get it then.
Tsuyu (Dipping Broth)
The bonito stock and kaeshi are really effective.
I think the sweetness comes from the mirin.
Also, I felt a little bit of sourness.
Soba Noodles
You can see the soba grains in the noodles, and you can smell the faint soba flavor.
Kakiage
The main ingredients were onions and carrots, and the rest included sakura shrimp.
It is dense, firm, and voluminous, and does not fall apart even when soaked in soup.
I strongly felt the sweetness of the onions and oil.
Strange taste: chili pepper
There was some chili pepper on the table, so I added it to add some flavor to the dish in the second half.
The spiciness is added to the salty and slightly sweet soup stock, giving it a more complex flavor.
Shichimi is also good for soba noodles, but I personally prefer chili pepper.
Although I prefer ring-sliced chili peppers.
Impressions
If you ask me if it's really delicious, I'd say it's just average.
I think it's all about the fact that it's large, reasonably priced, served quickly, and close to a station.
It's not so much that people come all the way to eat here, but it might be a good idea to remember it when you're in the Ginza/Yurakucho area for lunch.
