Tachinomi Sanbun
Today I am visiting Ginza with my wife.
I have about 2 hours of free time while my wife goes to the nail salon, so I think I'll kill time by drinking.
So, I walked to Hibiya and found it on the 3rd floor of Hibiya Midtown.Tachinomi Sanbun” I visited.

As the name suggests, it is a standing bar, but it is a famous restaurant that won the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2016 and 2017.
I entered the store after 14:00, but there were no customers in the store and the store was reserved.
Just place your order without worrying about that.
Gangi pure rice unfiltered raw sake
I could have had beer, but since it's a Japanese restaurant, I'm going to go with Nihonshu (Sake).
So, ``Gangi Junmai unfiltered raw sake (770 yen)” I asked.
It's dry and refreshing, and I feel like it goes well with food.
The amount is 6 mounds (100ml), which is a little more than half a cup (90ml).
There are many brands of Nihonshu (Sake), so it's just the right amount to compare.
Oden (radish/soup rolled egg)
I ordered oden as a snack and said,Radish (550 yen)” and “Dashi rolled egg (450 yen)” I ordered.
The soup stock has a strong flavor and is quite elegant.
The radish has some flavor, but I think it's normal.
The egg flavor of the dashimaki egg was quite strong, and I was shocked when I took a bite.
It also gives a rich and cheesy impression.
It comes with Nanban miso as a condiment, and you can drink it on its own with the miso aroma and moderate spiciness.
Kariho Yamahai Junmai
Next is “Kariho Yamahai Junmai (660 yen)” I asked.
The impression is that it is refreshing and dry than the previous one, and it goes well with the food.
As the temperature rose, I also felt a richness.
White shellfish
There were various sashimi menus, but since I like shellfish,White shellfish (990 yen)” was selected.
It had a moderately crunchy texture, and most of all, it had an amazing aroma.
You can smell the scent of the ocean before you put it in your mouth, and you can feel the scent even more once you put it in your mouth.
I'm satisfied with the sushi I usually eat that costs around 300 yen per piece, but this felt like it was a few steps higher.
Impressions
It's a standing bar, so it's a quick end.
The bill was 2 cups of Nihonshu (Sake) and 3 items of Otsumami (Snacks), totaling 3,410 yen.
Nihonshu (Sake) costs about 600 to 800 yen for 6 bottles (100ml), which I think is generally cheap.
However, as you can see from the prices of oden and sashimi, the food is generally expensive.
At the affiliated store next door,Kappo Shutei Sanbuntei' is a relatively high-end restaurant with course prices starting from 5,500 yen + 10% service charge, and the food seems to be prepared in-house, so the price of the food is cheaper than the one next door.

So, if you just look at the price, it's true that the food is expensive, but when you consider that you can get food from a high-end restaurant at a standing bar price, I think it's cheap.
I think the dishes, atmosphere, and taste are like those of a high-end restaurant, so it seems like a good place to have a nice standing drink or when you want to fully enjoy Nihonshu (Sake).
