Kunichan Ramen Ryogoku
Today I'm visiting Ryogoku to buy whiskey.
After successfully purchasing the whiskey I was looking for, I went on to my other goal, the ``'Kunichan Ramen Ryogoku”.

The topic of “Chan-kei” Personally, I am addicted to Chan-kei.
I visited around 12:30 on a Saturday, and there were two groups waiting in front of me.
It's a ticket system, and you first buy it at the ticket machine at the store, then connect to the line.
I was able to use Suica at the food ticket machine, which is a nice point.
One person (group) will wait inside the store, and the others will wait outside.
It was extremely hot that day, so it was quite difficult to wait outside the restaurant, but we were inside in about 5 minutes and were immediately ushered to our seats.
Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)
The most orthodox Chan-kei that you visit for the first time.Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, so as always, select “Chinese noodles (750 yen)” was selected.
Shiro Meshi (White Rice) is free, so if you need it, take the green tag from the ticket machine.
The rice bowl arrived within 5 minutes of being seated, so the wait was about 10 minutes in total.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The soy sauce is diluted and has a strong salty taste, giving the impression that it is similar to salt ramen.
Although the taste of pork was modest, the soup had a strong richness.
The default is soy sauce, but it seems like you can change it to salty for free.
Even with soy sauce, it tasted like salt ramen, but I wonder what will happen if I change it to salty flavor. .
If you wish, please select salt change at the ticket machine.
Noodles
These are the usual flat noodles from Daruma Seimen.
It was a little hard and cooked to my liking.
So far, all the Chan-style restaurants I've visited use the same noodles, and there's no difference in the noodles themselves.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The taste of soy sauce and meat is strong.
The char siu was delicious, with a good amount of fat.
In terms of the number of char siu noodles, the volume is comparable to the char siu noodles at other restaurants.
Shiro Meshi (White Rice)
It's perfectly cooked and delicious.
Another great thing about Kappa is that you can have as much as you want.
I've been to several Chankei stores, and it was here that I finally realized that it's delicious if you soak green onions in the soup, cook them, and then eat them with Gohan (Rice) at the end.
There is also the option of green onion topping.
Impressions
I think it's a restaurant that has delicious ramen overall, but I had an average impression of it as a Chan-kei restaurant.
The soup, noodles, and char siu are delicious, but compared to other Chan-style restaurants, it can be said to be average and lacking in character.
However, I think the value for money is commendable as you can eat ramen for 750 yen and it comes with Shiro Meshi (White Rice).
I also appreciate that the air conditioner inside the store is working really well.
Many Chan-style stores have poor air conditioners, so since I'm sensitive to heat, I'm grateful for the nice conditions.
However, the wind from the air conditioner is so strong that when the person next to me pours pepper on it, the pepper may fly out. (lol)
The angles are different here, so try to hang from a low position.
