Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum
Speaking of Shin-Yokohama, ``Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum”.

This is a facility where you can learn about the history of ramen, eat ramen, and even try your hand at making ramen.
Since it is a museum, there is an admission fee.
- Adult: 450 yen
- Elementary, middle and high school students: 100 yen
- Senior (over 65 years old): 100 yen
- Under elementary school students: Free
By the way, there are also free admission passes that are similar to commuter passes.
- Annual digital pass: 500 yen
- Annual analog pass: 800 yen
If you're planning to visit more than once a year, it's cheaper to buy a free admission pass.
Furthermore, if you purchase an annual digital pass and visit three times within the validity period, admission will be free the following year.
I don't visit Shin-Yokohama for anything other than watching soccer, and I may visit once a year for league matches, and maybe twice a year or more depending on the combination of the following season and cup matches, but this time I only paid the 450 yen admission fee to enter.
Rokkakuya 1994+
『Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum” is “last year” and was able to visit the store that I was interested in at that time, so I didn't plan to visit this year.

However, when I looked at the website just to be sure, I found out that the restaurant closed down in 2017.Rokkakuya” will be changed from April 2024 to “Rokkakuya 1994+When I found out that the store was back open as ``'', I couldn't help but visit.
Well, I've never eaten at a restaurant before it closed. .
mini ramen
The food ticket system allows you to use credit cards and various types of electronic money at the food ticket machine.
This time, I had eaten at 3 izakaya restaurants and 1 bowl of ramen before coming here, so I was not feeling well.Mini ramen (680 yen)” was selected.
I visited around 17:00 on a weekday, but I was shown to my seat without waiting and was asked about my preferences.
Feeling happy that someone even asked me for mini ramen, I didn't hesitate to say, ``Harder, darker, more”I ordered it using my family tree of premature death.
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
Soup
My first impression was of Cup Ramen.Yamaoka familyI felt disappointed that it was such a strong story.

However, the bottom part of the soup had the grainy texture of chicken bones, the flavor of pork, and the deliciousness of the family, so it might be best to stir it well before eating.
Noodles
The noodles are medium thick and are boiled just as you ordered, giving them a chewy texture.
The wheat taste is also nice.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
It's a mini ramen, but it's topped with a good amount of roasted pork.
It has plenty of fat and the flavor of the meat is delicious.
seaweed
I think seaweed in Iekei ramen has the same value as chashu in regular ramen.
We use high-quality seaweed because it doesn't shred when soaked in the soup and has a seaweed feel that doesn't overwhelm the soup.
Impressions
The soup was delicious if I stirred it thoroughly.
The quality of the chashu and seaweed was also high, so I wish I had eaten the full size + rice instead of the mini version. .
Putting aside whether you can call it a direct descendant of the family that recreates the taste of the time, I think the quality is pretty good.
If you have time and stomach when visiting Shin-Yokohama, please visit.
