This time, I managed to reserve the last slot on a weekday.
The overwhelming majority of customers are foreign tourists.
There were only 6 seats at the counter, but when I visited, the remaining 5 seats were all occupied by foreigners.
However, I didn't get the impression that they were noisy or had bad manners at all, and everyone ate in silence, so it didn't really bother me.

Menu
It has a simple composition of Chinese noodles, toppings, rice, and beer.
Ravioli Gourmandies are wontons, but they were sold out because they were limited to 30 pieces.
Looks like you'll need to go quite early.
Special Chinese noodles + meat rice
This time, “Special Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) (1,600 yen)” + “Meat rice (500 yen)”, so the total cost is 2,100 yen.
A reservation fee of 500 yen will be added to this, so the total will be 2,600 yen.
After being shown to our seats, it took about 5 minutes for the bowl to arrive.
Let's get it then.
Special Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles)
If you make it special, 1 piece of Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) and char siu will be added instead of the default 1 piece, making it 2 pieces.
In the sense that you can taste all the toppings,Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) Chinese noodles (1,400 yen)” is sufficient.
Soup
The biggest feature of this shop is that they do not use maple leaves.
So, how does the salty taste come from? It seems like the salty taste is taken from things like raw ham.
The soup stock had elements of chicken, chicken skin, and shellfish, and the aftertaste gave me the impression of raw ham, perhaps because I was told so.
It doesn't have a harsh salty taste, but has a mellow salty taste that lets you feel the taste of each ingredient.
You may feel unsatisfied if you eat Jiro-kei or Iekei-kei. .
Noodles
The noodles are thin and straight and have a strong yellow color.
You can feel the crunchy texture and the wheat.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The parts are loose and you can feel the rich flavor of the meat.
The meat part is also tender, and the spices other than pepper are a nice accent.
Menma
It's thick menma.
It had a seafood-like taste, probably because it had absorbed the soup stock.
It tastes like something I've eaten before. . I forgot. .
Flavored egg
The egg yolk is dark and gives the impression that it also tastes like the ingredients.
meat rice
It is not seasoned and is served with spices, green onions, and horseradish.
It's the taste of the ingredients.
Hitsumabushi
It is recommended that you pour the soup over the half-eaten portion and eat it like hitsumabushi.
Certainly, it tastes like hitsumabushi and is delicious.
It's called meat rice, or rather the soup stock of the meat and soup gives it a very complex flavor.
Impressions and Rating
It was certainly delicious.
You can really feel the taste of the ingredients, and you can also feel the claims of each item.
However, as someone who usually eats Jiro-kei and Iekei-style ramen and recently started eating 2,000 yen-class ramen like this, I felt that it was not as impressive.
I think it may be because I'm not used to eating here. .
After all, it's the price. .
When asked if it is worth the total price of 2,600 yen. . I'm having trouble finding the answer. .
At the very least, I thought it would be a good idea to go there once every few years, rather than a store I frequent frequently.
I'm interested in Ravioli Gourmandies (wontons), so I'd like to visit early next time I go.
