Chiechan Ramen

Today I was visiting Kanda on business.

After successfully completing my errands, I decided to go to a Chan-style shop that I've been into recently.Chiechan Ramen” I decided to stop by before heading home.

Chie-chan Ramen (Kanda/Ramen)
★★★☆☆3.70 ■Budget (night): ~ ¥999

Since it was after 3pm on a Sunday, which was past lunch time, I was able to enter the store without waiting.

Still, there were a few customers here and there, so I guess I should say that I'm surprised that no other shop is doing this. .

Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles)

Meal tickets are available outside the store, and you must purchase them before entering the store.

It's a meal ticket system, but the good thing is that you can use transportation ICs.

This is my second visit to this store, the last time was 'Chinese noodles + white rice” I received it.

[Tokyo/Kanda] KandaChie-chan Ramen Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) 900 yen [Visited in July 2024]
After visiting Chie-chan Ramen ``Kuni-chan Ramen Ryogoku branch'', we moved to Kuramae and enjoyed whiskey at the bar that is open from noon. It was around 16:30, and I was getting hungry, so I decided to finish the day and head for dinner. Walk from Kuramae to Asakusabashi and...

So this time, ``Mori Chinese food (1,000 yen)” I decided to take it.

Mori Chuka is Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles).

After entering the store, get some water, take a seat at an available seat, and hand your meal ticket to the staff.

After about 5 minutes, the rice bowl was served.

Let's get it then.

dipping sauce

You can feel the richness and saltiness of the pork, and you can hardly feel the richness or flavor of soy sauce.

Since it's a dipping sauce, the saltiness of the soy sauce is stronger than the Chinese noodles I ate last time, but it feels a bit thin to eat with the noodles, and it's a bit strong if you drink it as is, which is a bad concentration. .

『Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen!' had a lot of vegetables such as cabbage and bean sprouts in it, but this one only had a few bean sprouts in it.

It's the same thing with a whole boiled egg on it.

The boiled egg is sprinkled with pepper, but I think the pepper goes well with the soup, which has a light soy sauce flavor.

It was a happy miscalculation that I was able to realize this.

Noodles

The noodles are flat noodles made by Daruma Seimen, and I think they are the same noodles for Chinese soba and Mori Chuka.

Because it is served cold, the smooth texture of the noodles comes through even more.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The char siu had a strong taste of meat and soy sauce, and had just the right amount of fat.

The soup or dipping sauce is a little thin, so eating the noodles and chashu together gives it just the right amount of seasoning.

There is a reasonable amount of chashu, so you can eat this way at least 5 times.

It was a happy miscalculation that I was able to find this way of eating it.

Impressions

I felt this when I visited last time, but I think it's average for all ramen restaurants, and it's on the lower end of the Chan chain.

When compared to other Chan-style shops, I don't think there is anything that makes this place superior.

I think this is a restaurant where you can test your eating skills. .

Also, this store was extremely hot inside. .

Is it common to all Chan series? . !?

There are seats where the air conditioning blows in and seats where it doesn't, and I was sitting in a seat that didn't, and even though I was eating Mori Chinese food, I was sweating.

I get the impression that most of the people who were sitting in seats that were protected from the wind were wiping their sweat as they ate. .

If you're a ramen restaurant, you'll want to keep the inside of the store cool in the summer. .

I ate the standard menu items such as Chinese soba and Mori Chuka, so I think I'll go to another store next time I visit Kanda. .
