Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: April 2026 weekdays
Visiting time: Around 19:50
Queue: Yes
Crowd status: There is a line to order, there is a wait for the call bell.
Seat: Food court seat
We lined up to order around 19:50, and the order was completed around 20:00.
Although the new store is a hot topic, this is the first time in a food court that we have had to wait this long after the weekday dinner peak time.
The reason for the queue is that there seem to be only 20 call bells, and in order to take the next order, you have to wait for the bell to become available, which gave the impression that there was a queue.
There is a long wait on weekdays, so the wait time on weekends and holidays can be a bit scary.

Ordering and Payment
Payment method: Credit card, electronic money, QR code payment possible
You order at the counter, receive a bell and wait at your seat.
This is a system often found in food courts.
Juntama (Seasoned Egg) + Special Gyoza Set
The last time was ``soy sauce', last time was 'salt”, so this time I ordered TKM (tamago kakemen) `` without soup.Juntama (Seasoned Egg) (980 yen)” was selected.
Honestly, the wonton and flavored egg toppings are a bit bland, and I don't think char siu is necessary for TKM, so I chose no toppings this time.
It would be a little lonely without toppings, so I ordered the set ``Gyoza (Dumplings)'' which comes with 3 pieces and mini fried rice.Special Gyoza Set (600 yen)' has been added.
To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since it was a side dish in a food court, but I decided to order it to try it out.
Approximately 15 minutes after placing your order, the bell will ring and you will pick up your item.
So let's have it.
Juntama (Seasoned Egg)
Simple is the best: egg yolk, noodles, and sauce underneath.
Stir until the egg yolk is completely coated.
You can feel the mellowness of the wheat and egg yolk in the noodles.
The salty taste of the soup stock is added to this.
I get the impression that the flavor of the kelp-based soup stock is the main flavor, rather than being eaten with kaeshi.
It may be easier to understand if you imagine salt Ramen without soup.
So far, I've had soy sauce and salt Wantanmen (Wonton Noodles), and I found the wonton flavor to be a bit off, but I thought the noodles and soup were delicious.
Juntama (Seasoned Egg) specializes in noodles that we think are delicious, so it tastes better when compared to Wantanmen (Wonton Noodles), which is made with soy sauce and salt.
Gyoza
You will be surprised if you eat there thinking it will be food court level.
It's juicy and the meat is overflowing with juices.
You can also feel the taste of the meat properly.
The bean paste is finely divided and well-kneaded, so it's more of a cohesive type than an accent to the texture.
The exact menu name is ``Utsunomiya's special grilled Gyoza (Dumplings)Although it has the name Utsunomiya, it is delicious and lives up to its name.
Mini Chahan (Fried Rice)
Fried rice is moist.
As I could see from the counter, I could tell that the food was carefully stir-fried in a wok.
The seasoning has a chicken bone flavor, giving it the impression of classic fried rice.
It was delicious, but it didn't have the same impact as Juntama (Seasoned Egg) and Gyoza (Dumplings).
Impressions and Rating
『Juntama (Seasoned Egg)'It was delicious.
Personally, I overwhelmingly preferred Juntama (Seasoned Egg) to the soy sauce and salt Wantanmen (Wonton Noodles) that I had eaten so far.
The quality of the noodles is conveyed more directly, so I think this menu reflects the quality of this restaurant.
And Gyoza (Dumplings) was unexpectedly delicious.
The fried rice is also delicious, but it doesn't have the same impact as Juntama (Seasoned Egg) and Gyoza (Dumplings), so if you order it next time,Juntama (Seasoned Egg)+Gyoza (Dumplings)” I think that would be fine.
On my third visit,Juntama (Seasoned Egg)” and “GyozaYou may have found the optimal solution.
Although it's not worth visiting Toyosu to eat there, it is a blessing in Toyosu where there are few Ramen options.
Although it is only open for a limited time until August 31, 2026, I think I will visit it several more times.
