Nagata Honjoken Sannomiya Center Plaza store

Every time I come to Kobe, I eat ``Bokkake Yakisoba”.

Bokkake is a specialty of Nagata Ward, Kobe, and is a sweet and spicy stew of beef tendon and konjac.

There's no way that stewed beef tendon and sauce yakisoba don't go together.

That means you'll end up with something delicious.

This time, or rather, the one I visit every time is ``Nagata Honjoken Sannomiya Center Plaza store”.

長田本庄軒 三宮センタープラザ店 (神戸三宮(阪急)/焼きそば)
★★★☆☆3.49 ■Budget (night): ~ ¥999

It's a so-called chain restaurant, but when I was drinking at a bar in Kobe, a local told me,If you're going to Nagata Ward, there's another recommended store, but if you're near Sannomiya, Nagata Honjoken is better than going to a poor private store.” was recommended.

The restaurant is located in the basement of a building called Sannomiya Center Plaza near Sannomiya Station, which is full of deep-fashion restaurants.

The location of the store is a little difficult to find due to the narrow and intricate paths, so please use the map inside the building to find it. .

It's easy to access from Sannomiya Station, and I come back every time because it's recommended by a local.

I visited after 8pm, and there were about 5 groups waiting, but the timing was good and I was shown to my seat in about 10 minutes.

Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)

First up is Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).

There is draft beer on the menu, but it tends to be lukewarm due to the proximity to the iron plate.

Even if you usually prefer draft beer, we recommend ordering bottled beer at this store, as it won't get lukewarm.

red senmai skewer

Since it took a while for the yakisoba to be served, I also ordered some snacks.

The red senmai is thoroughly stewed and has a creamy texture.

Bokkake yakisoba + fried egg

It arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering.

I ordered Bokkake Yakisoba with fried egg topping.

There's no way that stewed beef tendon and sauce yakisoba wouldn't go well with a fried egg.

Since it is cooked on a griddle, the quality of the yakisoba itself is high.

Depending on your seat, the food will be cooked right in front of you, giving you the feeling of being at a teppanyaki restaurant.

The cooking area is designated and you cannot choose your seat, so it depends on your luck whether or not your food will be cooked in front of you.

The taste is just as you would expect from stewed beef tendon and a slightly sweet sauce.

You can enjoy the chewy texture of the slightly thick noodles, and the slightly crunchy texture with the charred spots here and there.

You can enjoy a milder taste by crushing the yolk of the fried egg while eating.

It has a strong seasoning, so if you get tired of it, I think adding red pickled ginger on the table will refresh your palate.

Impressions

Delicious is delicious, but it doesn't taste as good as you might imagine.

But I think you can also imagine that it tastes good with beer and alcohol.

If you can't drink alcohol, imagine eating it with rice.

I think the flavor goes well with rice.

Of course, there is rice on the menu, so please be honest with your appetite.

There aren't many restaurants where you can eat Bokkake Yakisoba in Tokyo, so I want to try it every time I come to Kobe.

Bokkake Yakisoba is delicious on its own, but please try ordering it with alcohol or rice.
