Today is the fourth and final day of our trip to Kumamoto and Fukuoka.
After waking up, we will enjoy the bath and sauna without eating breakfast.

I came to the famous mackerel grill restaurant ``Food and sake place Makoto”.
We arrived at around 10:50 when the store opened at 11:00, and although it was a weekday, there was a line of about 20 people at that time.
The store is quite spacious with seats on the first and second floors, so I managed to get in on my first visit.
At lunchtime, the menu is ``Saba no Ichimaiyaki Teishoku (Grilled Whole Mackerel Set)”, so you will be served without being asked for your order.
It was quite greasy, especially the belly part, as if it were drinking mackerel juice.
We recommend it because it's delicious, but you have to wait in line and it takes a while to be served, so we recommend you visit with plenty of time.
Canal City (Gundam Base)
After dinner, I went to Hirao, a tempura restaurant in Acros Fukuoka on the other side of the main street, but there was a long line. .
My stomach is a little bloated, so I decided to skip it for now and wander around Nakasu Kawabata on foot and visit Canal City.
Somehow, I decided to visit Gundam Base in Canal City.
I know this statue is from the Unicorn Gundam series, but I don't know about the red unicorn. .

It's almost time for my return flight, so I head to Hakata Station first.

It was around 5:00 pm on a weekday, but the restaurant was so popular that the tables were already full and there were only a few seats available at the counter.

However, I had the impression that the flavor was missing along with the fat.

There was Shin-Shin right next door, but I was feeling hungry enough to try two different restaurants and compare them, so I went to Shin-Shin, which is a place with a lot of ramen restaurants.Hakata Menkaido”.

It had the flavor of tonkotsu, but I had the impression that it was well-balanced with the sauce.

Fukuoka Airport
I feel like I could go to one more place, but I decided to head to Fukuoka Airport just in case.
There are plenty of restaurants such as ramen shops at Fukuoka Airport, so the idea is that you can eat after arriving at the airport.
The good thing about Fukuoka is that it takes only 10 minutes by subway from Hakata Station to Fukuoka Airport, so getting to the airport is not a burden.
Because it is so close, there is a curfew for takeoff and landing, but it is quite convenient for travelers.
At Fukuoka Airport, I was looking for mentaiko from a brand recommended at a bar at a souvenir shop, and it turned out to be a surprisingly good time.
In the end, we didn't have enough time to eat, so we just had one beer in the lounge and then got on the plane and headed home.
