Ginza Haruchan Ramen

My wife's shopping was almost finished and she was going to get a massage after this, so we ended up in Ginza.

From now on, let's enjoy our time alone.

Just one drink before heading home.

So, ``Ginza Haruchan Ramen” I visited.

I've been personally addicted to it since last year 2024.Chan-kei” This is a shop.

The last time I visited (September 2024), it was closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so it was difficult for salaried workers who work weekdays to visit, but at some point it was reborn with no regular holidays.

Also, the business hours have been extended from 11:00 to 19:00 to 11:00 to 21:00, so you can now visit at night.

This time, I visited around 4:00 pm on a weekday, which was neither lunch nor dinner time.

As expected, I was able to enter the store without waiting, and I was the only person in the store.

By the way, in Shinbashi "Haruchan Ramen” is the main store, the first store, and has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three years in a row.

Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)

With the food ticket system, you purchase at the food ticket machine immediately after entering the store.

Please note that the ticket machines are completely cashless and cannot accept cash.

As a cashless person, I'm very grateful for this, and I just hope that there will be more shops like this.

The basic menu is the default “Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) (1,200 yen)” and toppings are added “Special Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) (1,600 yen)” and other toppings.

The prices are somewhat Ginza prices, but the price of ramen has been rising recently, so it can't be helped.

This time, “Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)” was selected.

After taking a seat and handing over the meal ticket, the rice bowl was served in about 5 minutes.

Let's get it then.

Soup

『Chan-kei” pork flavor and richness, and “Haruchan Ramen” You can feel the unique dried sardines.

The last time I visited about half a year ago (September 2024), I felt the same taste of pork and dried sardines, but the impression was that they were both vague and separate from each other.

However, this time I had the impression that the pork and dried sardines were fused together, making it more delicious.

Noodles

The noodles are flat noodles made by Daruma Seimen.

Enjoy the chewy texture when you slurp it and the chewy texture when you bite into it.

The soup has a lot of fat, so combined with the fat, you can feel the texture even more chewy.

Other 'Chan-keiIt feels like the noodles are the same at every restaurant, butHaruchan Ramen” only feels a little different.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

I only took the loin in the photo, but I think there are two types of parts: ribs and loin.

It has a strong flavor and plenty of fat.

『Chan-kei” is characterized by its thinly sliced char siu, but this one has thickly sliced char siu and is quite filling.

Normal “Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)” But there is enough chashu in it, so “Special Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles)What will happen if we do this? .

Impressions

『Ginza Haruchan Ramen'It was delicious.

The point of using dried sardines is that of other ``Chan-keiAlthough it is different from the restaurant at ``, it is a fusion of pork and dried sardines.Chan-keiI think it has a unique flavor, but also has a unique flavor.

For the first timeChan-keiThose who eat `` have their own route, so ``Chan-kei” is misleading, so I cannot recommend it. .

Some ``Chan-keiI would like to recommend that those who have eaten `` try it for a change of pace.
