Top 10 delicious ramen in 2025
We will introduce the top 10 delicious ramen in 2025.
I don't think it's a good idea to compare different types of ramen such as soy sauce and miso, but this time I'll be ranking them on an indiscriminate basis regardless of genre.
Usually, I go to eat ramen after drinking, so I mainly go to restaurants in downtown areas, but in 2025, I visited popular restaurants that I don't usually go to, such as lines and reservations.
So, there is a possibility that the popular store you imagine is inside.
Now let me introduce you!
10th place: Ramen Jiro Yokohama Kannai store
It's in the Yokohama Kannai I received in April.Ramen Jiro Yokohama Kannai store” was selected in 10th place.

The one I received was without soup, but as a meal ticket, it was ``Small ramen (940 yen)” + “Change to no soup (120 yen)” + “Chive kimchi (120 yen)”.
While there are many restaurants where the soup without soup is just junky or salty, this is a cup where you can feel the flavor of the ingredients without sacrificing the flavor of the pork.
The only and biggest drawback is that there is always a line.
Even though it was a Sunday, we waited in line for about an hour and 30 minutes. .
I think whether you want to wait in line to eat is a matter of personal preference, so go ahead if you have time.
9th place: RAMEN MATSUI
It is in the Shinjuku-gyoemmae that I received in September.RAMEN MATSUI” was selected in 9th place.

The one I received was a limited edition “Chilled summer horse mackerel dried sardines with salt (1,900 yen)”.
It's a restaurant that requires reservations, so ``TableCheckWhen making a reservation, a reservation fee of 500 yen will be charged.
A light soup with a taste of dried sardines, minerals, and an animal-like richness in the aftertaste.
The noodles are soaked in cold water and have a chewy texture and a rich wheat flavor.
The toppings are generally of high quality, especially the duck loin, which is moist and has the flavor of duck.
The toppings, soup, and noodles were all perfected one by one, so it felt like I was eating a French or Italian course.
There is a hurdle of having to make a reservation, but if you have to wait in line for about an hour, you will have to pay a reservation fee, so I personally would be happier if you didn't have to wait in line.
Next time I would like to try the standard soy sauce or salt.
8th place: Baron Noodle
It is located in Yokohama, which I visited in September.Baron noodles” was selected in 8th place.

The one I received was a limited edition “Cold horse mackerel soba (1,300 yen)”.
A soup with a strong taste of dried sardines.
It's also impressive that it contains 3 types of early red, white onion, charred green onion, and green onion.
Strong noodles with a strong wheat flavor.
If you dissolve the eggplant ginger paste little by little, it will add richness and freshness, giving it a different flavor.
This time I chose the limited edition chilled version due to the heat, but next time I would like to try the standard miso.
7th place: Yoshi left and right
It is located in Kiba, which I visited in May.Yoshi left and right” was chosen in 7th place.

What I received was the standard ``Ajitama Ramen (Ramen with Seasoned Egg) (1,200 yen)”.
This soup is made with seafood and pork bones, and the seafood and pork bones are both effective.
The chewy texture of the homemade medium-thick noodles is a perfect match.
The quality of the char siu and Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) is also high.
I'm not saying there's anything outstanding about it, but it's a cup of high quality overall and there's nothing to limit it to.
You may have to wait in line for a while, so we recommend visiting when you have plenty of time.
6th place: Teuchi Oyadori Chuka Soba Ayakawa
It is located in Ebisu, which I visited in October.Teuchi Oyadori Chuka Soba Ayakawa” was chosen in 6th place.

What I received was the standard ``Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) Chinese noodles (1,050 yen)”.
A soup with a strong chicken aroma and flavor.
The hand-made noodles have a chewy texture with just the right amount of firmness and a hint of wheat flavor.
In addition to chashu pork, it also contains chicken, giving it a crunchy texture and flavor.
Although there is bound to be a long line, it is definitely worth a visit when you visit Ebisu.
5th place: Blue Jay
It's on Kiba.blue jay” was chosen in 5th place.

I've visited 3 times this year.
The classic “Special salt soba (1,550 yen)』。
The classic “Special soy sauce soba (1,550 yen)』。
Limited edition “Special chilled dried sardine soba (1,500 yen)” I received three types.
All of them are of high quality, and given the location, it wouldn't be strange for them to cost over 2,000 yen.
Because of Kiba's location, you can get it at this price.
Be sure to visit when you visit Kiba.
4th place: Kamofuku
It is located in Hachioji, which I visited in September.Kamofuku” was chosen in 4th place.

What I received was ``Special Chinese soba soy sauce (1,800 yen)”.
The soup has the aroma and wild flavor of duck, the richness and sharpness of soy sauce, and the aftertaste is sweet with duck fat and the flavor of kelp and dried sardines.
The noodles are flat and divided into three layers, and the texture is different between the center and the outside, which makes it interesting.
The duck, chicken breast, and pork chashu served on separate plates are also of high quality, and although it's not on the menu, you'll want alcohol. .
Although some sort of arrangement is necessary,TableCheckYou can also make a reservation (technically, FastPass) from ``Hachioji'', so the biggest hurdle is the location of Hachioji. .
If you have a chance to visit Hachioji, please do visit.
3rd place: Rin
Located in Shintomicho 『Kagaribi” was chosen as third place.

First of all, the standard “Grilled pork Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) Soy sauce ramen (2,000 yen)” I received it.
``, which has been added as a standard menu from the summerAjitama (Seasoned Egg) Soy Sauce Tsukemen (1,600 yen)” I also received it.
I was surprised by the quality of the noodles that were cut out after I handed over my meal ticket.
It's chewy, yet you can really feel the wheat.
Personally, I preferred tsukemen because you could feel the flavor of the noodles more.
It seems like it's evolving every day, so it's a store you'll want to visit regularly.
2nd place: Menya Suzuharu
It is located in Hongo-sanchome, which I visited in August.Menya Suzuharu” was chosen as second place.

What I received was the standard tsukemen, but as a meal ticket, 'Tsukemen 300g (1,500 yen)” + “100g more noodles (200 yen)』×2+『Flavored egg (150 yen)” + “Sea salt + lemon (50 yen)”.
Limited to Saturdays and holidays.TableCheckI was able to make a reservation and visit from ``, and a reservation fee of 700 yen was added, making the total cost 2,800 yen.
By using more than 500g of noodles, you can choose two types of dipping sauce.
500g is the amount before boiling, so after boiling it should be about 1.5 times as much as 750g.
I was worried that I wouldn't be able to eat it, but it was so delicious that I could have eaten it with just the noodles, so 500g wasn't enough.
It's delicious, but it's quite expensive, so I don't think you'll be able to use it often, but it's definitely a restaurant you should visit at least once.
Personally, I recommend making a reservation before you visit, as you can expect to wait in line for more than three hours.
1st place: Koukaibou
Located in Monzen-nakacho 『Kokaibou” was chosen as number one.

What I received was ``Charshumen (1,290 yen)” + “Seasoned egg (1000 yen)”.
The soup is made with seafood and pork bones, and the seasoning is centered around the fish joints, and the sweetness of the pork bones and vegetables and the dashi stock are added to create a soup with a strong umami flavor.
The noodles are medium-thick and straight, with a strong flavor of egg noodles and a smooth and chewy texture that you will love.
The char siu will be a little cold when served, so we recommend warming it up a little.
This will change the texture to a creamy texture.
I visited twice, and both times I was so hooked that I finished the whole thing before I knew it.
If possible, you can enter the store without lining up during weekday lunch hours, so if possible, you should visit this store on weekdays.
Impressions
Looking back at the photos I took, I realized that by 2025 I would have eaten more than 100 bowls of ramen.
This year, I was planning to eat at famous restaurants such as Tabelog 100 Famous Restaurants and Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants, but there are still many ramen restaurants in Tokyo that I haven't visited yet.
If you look at Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, there are still more, and if you look at all of Japan, there are even more.
While paying attention to my health, I plan to continue eating various types of ramen in 2026 and finding even more delicious bowls of ramen.
