Menu
I only photographed the ramen menu.
The basic menu is Mazesoba, Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen, and Salt Ramen.
Special salt ramen
This time, “Special salt ramen (1,450 yen)” was selected.
The mazesoba looked delicious, and the ginger and soy sauce ramen was good, but when I go to a restaurant for the first time, I try to choose salt if it's available.
The rice bowl was served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
You can feel the flavors of kelp, bonito, shellfish, chicken, and seafood. (Sorry if it's not included.)
And it has a faint plum flavor.
Noodles
Thin noodle straight type.
It has a crunchy texture, and when you chew it properly, you can feel the wheat.
I had the impression that it was easy to grow.
I intended to eat quite quickly, but I had the impression that it started to slow down towards the end.
Char siu ①
There are two types of chashu.
I think the white part is a rose.
Although the meat was fatty, I had the impression that it was quite dry.
Char siu ②
The char siu is a bit rare, and the part is probably loin.
This looks rare, but it's well-cooked inside, giving you the feeling that you're eating meat.
However, I personally prefer this type because I can feel the flavor, pepper, and herbs.
Flavored egg
Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) has the impression of soup stock.
The flavor is subtle, so you can directly feel the richness of the yolk.
Wonton
The skin is smooth and the filling has the crispy shrimp feel.
The amount of filling makes me think it's wonton rather than boiled dumplings, which is good.
Impressions and Rating
Personally, the Ramen Yamaguchi Lashiki was average.
I think the ramen itself is delicious.
However, I was personally concerned about the plum flavor of the soup, the elasticity of the noodles, and the dryness of the pork belly.
Even if the plum-like taste is to my liking, I think the dryness is clearly a demerit point.
If you look at other ramen shops, for example, there is one in Kiba next door.blue jay” does not have the negative factor of dry pork.

Even at other shops where the special products are priced at 1,500 yen or more, there is no deductible factor, although there may be a matter of taste, so in that sense, I feel that it is one rank below the average.
That said, I'm interested in the Mazesoba and Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen, so there's a good chance I'll visit next time.
