Ramen Hirataishu Jimbocho
Today, up until now,Tokyo Internal Bar Show 2024I was participating in an alcoholic event called ``.

BarShow is an event for cocktails and spirits, and they offer easy-drinking but high-strength cocktails and regular high-strength distilled spirits, so it's a scary event that you might end up drinking a lot before you know it.
I also visited around 12:00, but by 3:00 pm I was already groggy from drinking over 20 drinks. .
The event itself is held until 6pm, but since I can't drink any more, I think I'll finish my meal and go home.
The event was held at Prism Hall in Tokyo Dome.
From there, it was about a 15 minute walk and we arrived near Jimbocho Station.
From there, walk for about 5 minutes and ``Ramen Jiro Kanda Jinbocho store” but had to give up due to the long line.

I went back the way I came and looked at another store near Jimbocho Station that I was interested in. There was no line, so today I decided to go.Ramen Hirataishu Jimbocho”.

At the time I bought the ticket, the restaurant was full, and after waiting a few minutes while sitting in the waiting chair inside the restaurant, a space became available, so I was guided to a seat.
Bakumori Yushimen (Extra-Large Abura Soba)
『Heitai Zhou” is the so-called “Back fat chacha type”.
This final form can be said to be ``Bakumori Yushimen (Extra-Large Abura Soba)”I think it is.
I don't think you can find a menu that has both oil and fat in its name other than this restaurant.
You can choose the amount of noodles from 200g, 300g, or 400g, and on this day I ordered 300g.
It was served within about 5 minutes of being seated.
It's an overwhelming visual.
I'll take it then.
Noodles
The noodles are thick and boiled to a firm and chewy texture.
Since it's an abura soba type without soup, the noodles won't get any softer.
Even though I like hard things, I thought this was too hard.
The sauce is thick, and there's plenty of oil and fat as you can see, giving it a rich flavor.
Personally, I think it's overkill, but the fact that it continues to be on the menu means that people like it.
The taste is strong and I get tired of it before I eat half of it, so I use vinegar on the table to refresh it.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The char siu was a good size and chewy, but it only tasted like oil and fat.
I feel like thinly sliced chashu, which is often found in abura soba, would be a better match.
flavored eggs
Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) is also included, but honestly I don't think I need it. .
I was under the impression that it would be nice to have an egg yolk or soft-boiled egg if possible, as it would be a different taste.
Impressions
As the name suggests, the amount of oil and fat was amazing. .
If I were 5 to 10 years younger, I might have enjoyed it more, but it was a little tough for people around my age.
I think you can still eat chacha-style restaurants that have soup, and they also have ramen and tsukemen on the menu, so I'd like to try those next time.
